As a HVAC service technician at L&S Mechanical, you will repair and calibrate systems, replace components, diagnose problems, and explain costs in clear terms to customers. You will order parts with customer approval and keep your supervisor informed of challenges, while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service and startup experience in the residential construction industry.
• EPA license to start up new HVAC equipment – Universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Physically able to work in indoor/outdoor environments with temperature extremes; capable of lifting 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service work to diagnose, repair or replace residential HVAC parts and equipment.
• Initiate start-ups for new residential HVAC equipment.
• Utilize iPad/tablet to enter service call solutions and manage daily routes.
• Collaborate with industry experts to expand knowledge and skills.
