Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Wall Township, NJ. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance, delivering high-quality workmanship and dependable solutions for homeowners year-round.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on residential HVAC systems in accordance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and established service timelines.
• Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and recommend effective solutions to restore system performance and ensure homeowner comfort.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand their concerns, explain findings, present service recommendations, and build lasting relationships based on trust.
• Accurately document all inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance performed, and recommended follow-up services in accordance with company procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call while representing Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, industry standards, and safe driving practices, including complying with restrictions on mobile device use while operating a company vehicle.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC equipment, technologies, and industry best practices while actively pursuing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while treating customers’ homes and property with care and respect.
