Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential).
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Adhere to all company, local, and national safety codes and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as needed.
