Job summary

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort in San Antonio, TX is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Service Tech to visit customers' homes, assess heating and cooling systems, and complete high-quality repairs and maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.

The role includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and a supportive family

Qualifications

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude with the ability to clearly explain service options to clients.
• 1+ years of experience servicing heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Travel to customers' homes, inspect equipment, and diagnose problems.
• Explain service options to customers and obtain approval before repairs or maintenance.
• Repair and maintain furnaces, water heaters, air conditioning units, and other residential equipment.
• Participate in team huddles and plan upcoming jobs.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
