Job summary

Air Experts, a member of American Residential Services, is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Pay ranges from $22–$40+ per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience and license. Earning potential exceeds $100K annually with full-time, year-round work in Mercer County, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioning units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating and air conditioning solutions.
• Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repairs.
