Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose system issues and determine root causes, proposing effective solutions.
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Install/repair/replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Document service activities, parts used, time spent, and equipment status; communicate with customers professionally.
