3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
EPA Type II or Universal Certification.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, and residential HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
