Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Professional Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and communicate clearly with customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, a NC state license, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably residential.
• North Carolina State License (H3-I or H3-II) required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Able to interact professionally with customers and teams.
• Flexible, innovative team player; adapt to challenges.
