Qualifications

Experience with residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairs.
Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and HVAC wiring diagrams.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.
EPA certification required for handling refrigerants.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting systems and cleaning coils and filters.
Troubleshoot common issues and perform minor repairs.
Educate homeowners about system performance and energy efficiency.
Document conditions, repairs, and service histories in detailed reports.
