Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to commute to Carrollton, TX.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Comfort working in residential environments and outdoor conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new equipment installations.
