Job summary

Canfield Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Residential Installer to join their HVAC Install team in Lansing, MI. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Responsibilities include installing HVAC equipment, pre-measuring job sites, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of helper experience, the ability to lift over 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of helper experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• HVAC degree or equivalent.
• Valid drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
