A-1 Mechanical of Michigan is seeking skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Installers to join our team in Lansing. Successful candidates will perform installations of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and mechanical codes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 4+ years.
• Ability to pass physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and duct systems.
• Execute brazing and soldering of copper refrigerant lines.
• Manage inventory on company vehicles.
