Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to install heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment in residential settings. You will read installation plans, install systems, test performance, and ensure all components function correctly in compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (EPA Certification preferred) and prior HVAC installation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience may substitute for education.
• Prior HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read installation plans/documents.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment per company standards and manufacturer specs.
• May test systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Identifies issues and follows up with required repairs to ensure all components work correctly.
• Completes all paperwork neatly, accurately and timely.
• May perform startup on air conditioning systems as needed.
• Fabricates and installs ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
