Job summary

Airtron is seeking a hands-on HVAC Installer to install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential settings. You will test systems, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be needed on projects across service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC trade.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computing skills and ability to use a computer/tablet.
• Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment per requirements and specs.
• Test systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify issues and perform required repairs for compliance.
• Complete all paperwork neatly, accurately and timely.
• May perform system start-up as needed.
• Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
