Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. You will install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and ensure they operate to specification, often on residential sites.

You will read installation plans, test systems, and perform quality checks while maintaining safe work practices and neat documentation. Strong English communication and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; education may be substituted with experience.
Prior HVAC installation experience
Ability to read installation plans/documents
Must be able to communicate in English effectively
Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.
Valid driver’s license
Overtime and weekend hours may be required

Responsibilities

Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
May tests systems to ensure proper functioning.
Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance.
Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.
Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Follows safety policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
