Job summary

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is hiring HVAC Installers to service Los Angeles and surrounding areas. You will install residential HVAC systems and work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure clean, reliable results.

We value attitude and potential, offering room to learn, grow, and advance into lead installer or field leadership roles as you prove your skills. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation experience strongly preferred.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license preferred/required as applicable.
• Attitude and potential valued; willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, coils, ducts, and thermostats.
• Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals using proper installation practices to deliver reliable systems.
• Collaborate with the team to take on lead installer or supervisory roles as skills increase.

What You'll Be Installing

Our installation team handles residential HVAC replacement and installation projects including:

• Air conditioners


• Gas furnaces


• Heat pumps


• Air handlers


• Evaporator coils


• Package units


• Mini-split systems


• Thermostats and controls


• Ductwork and airflow modifications


• Refrigerant piping


• Condensate systems


• Plenums and sheet-metal transitions

You’ll work alongside experienced HVAC professionals while using proper installation practices to deliver clean, professional systems our customers can rely on.
