Residential HVAC Installer – Now Hiring!

This is a customer-facing position focused on existing home installations, not new home construction.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret and follow installation plans and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace after each job.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using computers, laptops, or tablets for basic tasks.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC trade school program.
• EPA Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Install heating, cooling, ventilation systems, and related products following company guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
• Test installed systems to confirm proper operation and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring all components meet compliance and function properly.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform start-up procedures on air conditioning units when needed.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as required for each project.
