Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking an HVAC Residential New Construction Technician to install heating and cooling systems in new homes. You will perform rough-in installation, set equipment, and ensure proper refrigerant and condensate line work while meeting code and manufacturer specs.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with builders and site supervisors, and maintain safety and a clean, job-ready work area. Documentation of work and timely updates will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in residential HVAC installation and commissioning.
• Ability to run refrigerant and condensate line work.
• Strong understanding of HVAC codes, manufacturer requirements, and safe work practices.
