What You’ll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

• Perform system start-ups, airflow testing, and fine-tune systems for optimal performance.

• Collaborate with other team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.

• Build and assemble components as required for HVAC systems.

• Ensure installations are clean, efficient, and code-compliant.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to safety regulations on every job.

• Communicate clearly with customers and answer basic questions about system use and care.

• Represent Sanchez HVAC Services with professionalism, reliability, and pride.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience .

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.

• Experience installing a variety of residential HVAC systems and accessories.

• Basic understanding of refrigerant handling and environmental regulations (EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus).

• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently on installation projects.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A professional, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
