Job summary

Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning is actively seeking a Residential HVAC Installer in Aurora, CO. This full-time role focuses on installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems while ensuring compliance with manufacturer specs and local codes.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of installation best practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and with the team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and changing weather conditions.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain organized job sites and safe working conditions.
• Accurately document job details using company software.
