Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC installers to join a local Hartford-area team. You’ll install and replace furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and air handlers, while managing ductwork, thermostats, and controls.

Expect training, a company truck, paid certification development, and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time on-site position with strong overtime and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required or preferred.
• Ability to follow safety practices and standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential HVAC equipment (furnaces, central air, heat pumps, air handlers).
• Handle ductwork, thermostats and controls on installations.
• Complete startup, testing and troubleshooting per specs.
• Keep job sites clean and communicate with homeowners and teammates.
