Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC technicians to perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems. You will troubleshoot malfunctions and ensure quality workmanship in customers' homes.

We offer competitive pay from $27.00 to $33.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have high school diploma, prior HVAC experience, and strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior HVAC technician experience.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
