Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Pennsylvania is seeking a residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our family-owned team. You will install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork, while coordinating with the Lead Installer to ensure timely, quality results.

Qualifications

Residential HVAC installation experience is required.
EPA certification is required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Must pass background check.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
Communicate with Lead Installer to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
Maintain clean, professional job sites.
Maintain neat, professional appearance.
Work as part of a team that supports each other.
Other duties as assigned.
