Job summary

Ultimate Heating & Air, Inc is seeking an Install Manager to lead residential HVAC installation crews in the Treasure Valley. You’ll own scheduling, quality checks, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every install meets code and company standards.

You’ll develop leaders from helpers to lead installers, manage job costs and timelines, and partner with sales, service, and operations to keep work flowing smoothly. Strong leadership and problem-solving required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading install crews as a lead installer, foreman, supervisor, or manager.
• Strong knowledge of equipment changeouts, ductwork, gas piping, electrical, airflow, and local codes.
• Experience with permits, inspections, and code compliance.
• Track record of reducing callbacks and raising install quality.
• Comfort managing schedules, labor hours, and job costs.
• Ability to hold crews accountable while maintaining morale.
• EPA 608 certification (preferred).
• Experience with field-service software (ServiceTitan or similar) a plus.

A well-established, growing residential home services company in the Treasure Valley is looking for an Install Manager who takes pride in every system their crews put in.

You’ll run the residential HVAC installation department: building strong crews, keeping jobs on schedule and on budget, and making sure every install is one the homeowner brags about. If you’re the leader installers trust to have their back and still hold the line on workmanship, keep reading.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading install crews as a lead installer, foreman, supervisor, or manager (strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of equipment changeouts, ductwork, gas piping, electrical, airflow, and local codes
• Experience with permits, inspections, and code compliance
• A track record of reducing callbacks and raising install quality
• Comfort managing schedules, labor hours, and job costs
• The confidence to hold crews accountable while keeping morale high
• EPA 608 certification (preferred)
• Experience with field-service software (ServiceTitan or similar) a plus
• Valid driver’s license
