The Residential Install Technicianplays a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and setup of HVAC systems in residential properties. The technician will collaborate closely with homeowners and team members to lead through changes in project scope or technical challenges, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the comfort and safety of residential customers by providing reliable and efficient HVAC solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years proven experience in installing HVAC systems and equipment in residential settings.
• Basic understanding of HVAC system components and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC installation or related technical training.
• Experience leading small teams or guiding customers through technical changes.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
