Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an on-site Residential Maintenance Install Assistant to support HVAC installation teams in customers' homes. You will help with equipment setup, basic ductwork, condensate and venting tasks, and contribute to jobsite cleanliness and organization.

You’ll learn practical HVAC, plumbing, and electrical basics from experienced technicians, participate in safety training, and have room to grow into a skilled trade career through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level interest in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of ductwork, condensate, and venting concepts (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness.
• Good communication and respectful conduct in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment and material setup on residential job sites.
• Perform basic ductwork, condensate and venting tasks as directed.
• Support jobsite cleanup and overall organization for a safe, professional environment.
• Learn HVAC, plumbing, and electrical practices from experienced technicians on-site.
