Job summary

Blue Mountain Construction Services in San Bruno, CA, has an immediate opening for an Experienced Residential HVAC Foreman I. Responsible for removal, installation, and startup of HVAC equipment across single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties.

Requires at least 4 years in the trade, a valid CA driver’s license, and English communication skills; base pay ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour. Benefits include a company vehicle, 401k, life insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ HVAC experience required.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license with a clear DMV report.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform removal, installation, and startup of HVAC equipment.
• Install furnaces, duct work, and refrigerant lines; ensure leaks are checked.
• Maintain workspace and company vehicle; follow safety and quality standards.
