• Execute comprehensive system inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent future equipment failure.
• Manage the full lifecycle of service calls, from initial dispatch and parts procurement to final documentation and customer debriefing.
• Perform precise system start-ups, testing, and calibration to verify equipment meets manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle to ensure readiness for daily field operations.
• Provide clear, professional communication to homeowners regarding system status, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards while working in residential environments, ensuring a respectful and tidy workspace.

Qualifications
