IES Residential/Titan is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented HVAC Estimator to support our HVAC divisions by developing accurate and timely cost estimates for residential projects.
This role is well suited for early- to mid‑career HVAC professionals who have hands‑on residential HVAC experience, such as installers or service technicians, who are looking to transition into an office‑based role. The ideal candidate brings practical field knowledge along with the ability to work with technical drawings and digital estimating tools.
The HVAC Estimator works closely with HVAC Designers and Division Managers to review project requirements, evaluate system layouts, and prepare accurate material and labor estimates that support successful installations.
This position is based in an office setting and requires extended periods of computer use. Occasional visits to job sites may be necessary for project review or coordination.
