WESTERN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING LLC in Boise, ID is looking for Residential New Construction Apprentice Installers. This entry-level position allows candidates to work closely with HVAC Journeyman and lead Installers to learn proper installation techniques and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing an HVAC apprenticeship or journeyman career path.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems in new commercial construction.
• Support installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and ductwork.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
