Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Housekeeping experience is highly desired.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and carry heavy objects for up to 20 feet.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of common areas and resident bathrooms.
• Complete maintenance request reports and report damage to housekeeping supervisor.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed.
• Use approved cleaning products and store supplies safely.
• Dust and clean furniture, blinds, and window areas.
• Vacuum common areas and resident apartments.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
