Dalton Senior Living is seeking a reliable housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness in resident areas and common spaces. You will organize daily task lists, operate laundry and cleaning equipment, stock supplies, and ensure a safe, orderly environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset, contributing to a positive living environment and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Helpful with customer service orientation.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables; operate commercial washer and dryer and other cleaning equipment normally associated with position.
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies.
• Maintain clean laundry room and keep chemicals in an orderly fashion.
• Fold lines and resident clothing articles.
• Change resident bedding.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, common restrooms, and residents' rooms and bathrooms.
