Job summary

Housekeeper Heroes in Pepperell, MA seeks residential cleaners for full-time or part-time roles with school-hours shifts (roughly 8am–3pm). You’ll clean kitchens, baths, floors, and more, in clients’ homes with elderly residents, and you’ll be on your feet day-to-day.

Mileage is reimbursed from your home and we provide all cleaning supplies and gloves. You should have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently — reading care and cleaning instructions and communicating with clients in their homes

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and changing linens.
• Maintain steady pace while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Move and bend for cleaning tasks and reach high/low areas.
• Follow instructions from clients and supervisors and use provided supplies.

Job description

Housekeeper Heroes is hiring residential cleaners for Pepperell and the surrounding towns. Most of our clients are seniors who count on us showing up and doing the job right. We're a small, no-drama crew and we take care of the people who work hard for us.

Pay: $18–21/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available, including school-hours shifts — roughly 8am to 3pm, so you're free for drop-off and the afternoon bus. Hours are flexible — you tell us the hours you can work, and then we need you to hold to them. Our clients plan their day around us.

We pay mileage from your home, not from the office. We provide all cleaning supplies and gloves. You don't buy anything.

What the work is: This is professional cleaning, not tidying up your own place. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, changing linens — done thoroughly and at a steady working pace. You'll be on your feet, bending, reaching, and moving. It's honest, physical work and we need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get into it.
