Housekeeper Heroes in Pepperell is hiring residential cleaners to serve seniors in Pepperell and surrounding towns. This is professional cleaning, not just tidying, with duties including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and changing linens.

We offer $18–$21 per hour depending on experience, with full-time and part-time options and school-hours shifts roughly 8am to 3pm. Mileage is paid from your home; supplies and gloves are provided; you supply nothing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional cleaning experience required.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English for client communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Able to read care and cleaning instructions and follow client needs.
• Comfortable working with elderly clients and maintaining respect.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning in clients' homes to a high standard.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and linen changes as needed.
• Work at a steady pace and complete homes on schedule.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with the team as required.
