MISTY CLEAN IS HIRING — BUT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIFIC KIND OF PERSON.

We can teach you how we clean.

What’s much harder to teach is common sense, communication, professionalism, accountability and the ability to read a situation.

That’s what we’re looking for.

Yes, this is a residential cleaning position — but the job is about much more than cleaning.

We need someone who can walk into a client’s home and recognize that every client is different. Someone friendly and personable who can connect with people but also knows when conversation should be kept to a minimum.

Someone who COMMUNICATES.

Jobs run over. Schedules change. Things happen. We don’t expect every day to go perfectly — but we DO expect clear communication when it doesn’t.

We need someone who can work independently without a manager standing over their shoulder, but who can also transition into a two-person team when the day calls for it.

And when you’re working together, there is no:

“That’s her responsibility, not mine.”

It’s BOTH of your responsibility. You figure it out together.

We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box and ask, “What makes the most sense right now?”

Someone who reads their job tickets, knows what’s coming the next day, comes prepared and doesn’t need to be micromanaged.

Someone who takes pride in their appearance and understands that even though we’re cleaning houses, we are professionals entering our clients’ homes.

And someone who can have a rough morning without making it the client’s rough morning, too.

WHAT THE WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Full-time typically equates to approximately two homes per day, and most of our cleaners are finished by 4:00 PM.
