Job summary

Birdwatch is looking for skilled residential home service technicians to join our Fairfax and Loudoun County teams. You’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and small home improvements for high-end homes, serving homeowners across Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Several years of home maintenance, handyman, or residential construction experience.
• Experience in higher end homes.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative teammate.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring others is a plus.
• Trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs, preventative maintenance, and small home improvements with professionalism and craftsmanship.
• Serve homeowners in Fairfax & Loudoun counties with occasional support to the broader DC region.
• Work in a team-driven environment where your expertise is valued and growth is encouraged.
