Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Rockford, IL accepts exterior inspections and occasional interior checks as a 1099 independent contractor. You travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, and collect photos/data via our mobile app, using a camera pole for roof shots when needed.

You control your own schedule, build your own route, and may work with other clients. Payment is per completed inspection, with monthly payout for all completed inspections.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Rockford, IL to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
