The Position

Castle High Value seeks self-directed independent contractors to work remotely, servicing virtual and physical survey/inspection assignments in the Wichita, KS area, within approximately 70 miles of Wichita, with potential for additional locations across the state.

Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction, or appraising is a plus, but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply. A 15-hour online training course can certify you. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and assignment specifics.

You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting site-based and virtual high-value home property surveys for insurance purposes. This includes managing your schedule, handling work assignments, and completing reports online, requiring solid computer skills.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Interact professionally via phone, email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Conduct on-site and virtual property surveys following client guidelines.
• Identify and document construction materials, features, and hazards.
• Measure property and structures accurately.
• Estimate replacement value and highlight major hazards.
• Complete web-based forms through the Castle website to report findings.
