Casa is seeking a skilled handyman to join our private property management team in the Redwood City area. You will perform proactive maintenance and home repairs in members' primary residences, focusing on quality, safety, and timeliness.

The role requires own tools and a vehicle for travel around San Mateo County; flexible hours (10–40 per week) with weekday, weekend, or early-evening availability. You will coordinate with homeowners and our scheduling team to keep homes in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role, ideally in residential homes.
• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques. Quality and attention to detail is a priority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – you'll be interacting with homeowners and need to be clear, friendly, helpful, and professional.
• You have your own general tools, and can use them safely and effectively.
• You have your own vehicle, and can reliably travel around the San Mateo County area.
• A clean background check and drivers license.

Responsabilités

• Proactive maintenance – you'll keep major appliances and home systems maintained on an established schedule.
• Home repairs – you'll mount artwork, patch drywall, touch-up paint, adjust fixtures, and other similar tasks.
• Basic electrical & plumbing, like installing light fixtures & thermostats, replacing light switches, troubleshooting outlets, installing faucets, clearing clogged drains, and the like
• Other property management tasks, like picking up packages, taking in the mail while a household is out on vacation, hanging holiday lights, or filling car tires with air when needed
