Residential Habilitation Provider - Catskill Supported Apartments

A Residential Habilitation Provider provides supports specificallytailored to each individual within the program and may include budgeting finances, grocery shopping, attending medical appointments, and cleaning.

CatskillSupported Apartments include twoapartments located throughout the town of Catskill. Currently, there are twoindividuals who reside in these apartments and are all very independent, with a wide range of interests. The Res Hab Provider will support them in furthering their independence in maintaining their apartments and daily routines.

Employees who work for Supported Apartments should be flexible and self-motivated. Time management skills are definitely important in this positionwhich requires a great deal of independence.

HOURS:35/Flexible day/eveninghours according to program needs and one weekend day per week.

STARTING SALARY: $ 18.26to $ 20.09 per hour, with additional shift differentials as applicable
