Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC, based in Georgia, is hiring a Group Home Supervisor in Macon to oversee Direct Support staff across 1-3 facilities. You will coordinate care, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to person-centered support.

Your role involves hands-on supervision across three shifts, coordinating with clinical staff, monitoring medication administration, training, performance reviews, and staying within budget guidelines to deliver high-quality residential services.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication, standardize procedures, and implement person-centered plans.
• Spend time in the residential facility supervising and providing feedback across all shifts while maintaining harmony between staff and clients.
• Provide audits for medication administration.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure training requirements are met and required events attended.
• Monitor budget items and stay within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
