Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper for Eden Commons in Eden Prairie, MN. You will maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas, assist with maintenance tasks, and help keep walkways, entrances, and shared spaces clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong oral/written communication.
• Experience maintaining grounds of a large residential property preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and lawn care products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas in quality, presentable condition.
• Water, weed/prune, mulch, and plant lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Walk property daily to ensure cleanliness and resident compliance.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and attend required trainings.
• Assist with paint touch-ups in vacant units and general housekeeping.
