Job summary

Yugo USA in Missoula, MT is hiring a Part-time Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the property. You will handle daily grounds upkeep, vacant unit prep, and safety-compliant maintenance, working closely with the Property Maintenance Manager.

This role requires reliability, basic maintenance skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable using technology and online systems, and committed to safety guidelines under OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with technology and adaptable to online systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property including daily upkeep of grounds, trash removal, and cleaning of common areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring appliances, windows, floors and fixtures are in top condition for move in.
• Assist with property turnover tasks and support the Turn Program during high demand periods.
• Perform daily cleaning of community spaces including the office, clubhouse, laundry rooms and model units.
• Report unusual conditions or maintenance issues and communicate supply needs to the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Replace burnt out light bulbs, broken fixtures, and other minor maintenance tasks throughout the property.
• Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper handling and security; follow OSHA safety guidelines.
• Clean and maintain pool and spa areas if applicable and ensure compliance with local standards.
• May work near mechanical equipment at elevated heights or around fumes and chemicals; lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
