Job summary

Glass Doctor of North Texas is seeking a Residential Glazier who can measure precisely in customers' homes, quote on the spot, and upsell smart upgrades. You’ll represent the brand with trust-building conversations, lead-to-sale closure, and post-sale follow-through using mobile quoting software.

You’ll receive a company vehicle, professional tools, and support that rewards performance, with a strong earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential glazing or related trade experience.
• A tape measure you trust and a habit of double-checking anyway.
• The confidence to talk to homeowners like people, not prospects.
• A sales instinct — you know how to suggest the upgrade without being pushy.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Professional appearance and a genuine desire to grow.
• Bonus: experience with quoting software or mobile estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Visiting homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass (shower enclosures, mirrors, tabletops, and more).
• Delivering on-the-spot quotes and walking customers through their options.
• Upselling upgrades and additional services when it’s the right fit — and closing the deal.
• Documenting jobs with before/after photos and keeping job status updated in our software.
• Building trust that turns one job into a lifetime customer and a stream of referrals.
