Glass Doctor of North Texas is seeking a Residential Glazier who can accurately measure windows, doors, and custom glass in homeowners’ homes and present clear, on-site quotes. You’ll be the trusted specialist who helps clients choose the right glass and upgrades for their budgets while delivering fast, professional results.

You will quote on the spot, upsell smart upgrades, and close deals, earning commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential glazing or related trade experience.
• Strong measuring skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quote on the spot and upsell appropriately.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence.
• Experience with home improvement sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass.
• Deliver on-the-spot quotes and walk customers through options.
