What we do:

We provide trash and disposal services to the local community. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for safely operating a Residential Garbage Truck. Your duties include:

• Safely driving a Commercial CDL Truck in various environments (Residential, Construction, Commercial, etc.).
• Selecting the most convenient drop-off location for dumpsters to prevent property damage.
• Operating hydraulic controls to lift/load dumpsters onto/off the truck.
• Securing the load, covering appropriately, and accounting for weight shift before departure.
• Reading route sheets and servicing each customer as scheduled.
• Performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Interacting courteously with customers.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

What you will work with:

Trash collection is physically demanding. You may work in all weather conditions, around heavy diesel equipment, and in dirty environments. Be prepared for:

• Extensive physical activity, including walking, heavy lifting (over 75 pounds), pushing, or pulling.
• Exiting and entering high-set trucks.
• Exposure to physical risks from moving mechanical parts, requiring safety precautions.
• Exposure to outdoor weather, fumes, and vibration.

Minimum Job Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A or B CDL.
• Availability to work Monday – Friday starting around 6:00 am, approximately 48-52 hours weekly, including overtime.
• Physical capability to meet job demands.
