Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. – Residential Door Service Technicians are needed for Topeka and surrounding areas. You will service and repair residential garage doors, lift up to 100 lbs, and operate safely on every job site. We provide a company truck, fuel coverage, tool and boot allowances, and paid training.

Qualified applicants typically have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work at heights. Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience is a plus.

Overhead Door Company of Topeka™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Residential Door Service Technicians (Experienced and Trainees!) to join our team in the Topeka and surrounding areas. In this role you will service and repair a variety of residential garage doors. If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Repair and service residential garage doors and door hardware
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate job-related paperwork
• Operate safely and professionally on every job site

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• A valid drivers license and good driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights and using a ladder
• Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience a plus
