Job Overview

The Overhead Door Company of Springfield, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring Residential Garage Door Installers and Residential Garage Door Technicians who can work in Springfield and surrounding areas (Branson, Nixa, Ozark, Shell Knob). Training is available for qualified candidates. Must be able to safely lift 100 lbs. overhead. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Install, service, and repair residential garage doors and related hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services.
• Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role or a position requiring mechanical aptitude (preferred).
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay Range

$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
