Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience preferred.
• Well-rounded skill set across drywall, trim, painting, cabinetry, etc.
• Knowledge of construction tools, methods and codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented craftsmanship and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments (smoke, water, storm damage).

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling tasks including framing, drywall, trim, painting and cabinetry.
• Complete punch lists to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for scheduling and direction.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site following safety standards.
• Adapt to various trades and tasks per project needs.
• Support restoration of homes to pre-loss or improved condition.
