Responsibilities

We are currently seeking qualified Finish Carpenters / Prep- Detail for new home construction. Qualified individuals must have reliable transportation and his/her own tools to perform job duties.

Job Description:

Our company is looking for reliable finish Carpenters / Prep Detailers to perform an assortment of job functions that relate to Finish Carpentry. Functions range from Installing baseboards, Minor drywall repair, and Paint Touch-ups to Caulking and prep work.

Responsibilities:

• Must have the skill and knowledge to perform all required Job Duties:
• Must be able to identify punch list items on a home
• Perform Drywall Repair, texture ( Must be able to match texture ) and paint
• The ability to install hardware
• Fix broken tile or wood floorInstallation of baseboard
• Cabinet touch up and repair ( Touch up and trim )
• Minor drywall repair (size of a half-dollar or less)
• Caulking and paint prep work
• Minor stucco repair and concrete patch work
• Minor carpentry duties, i.e. baseboard and casing installation, door adjustments, hardware
• installation, etc.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 24 months

Physical:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• The ability to walk up stairs
